Radon is a radioactive gas produced by the decay of uranium in rock. Groundwater moving through uranium-bearing granite and shale dissolves it, and it stays dissolved until the water is agitated — in a shower, a washing machine, a dishwasher — at which point it comes out of solution into the air of the room. That is why a water radon result and an air radon result are different questions, and why a house can have high air radon sourced from its own well.

Each result has a standard
A number on its own is not an answer. The EPA action level for lead in water is 15 ppb; the CDC states there is no safe level of lead exposure for children. Each finding is shown against the limit that applies to it.
