How your score works
Your Home Health Score (0–100) is a weighted composite across three environmental categories: air, water, and soil quality. Each category is scored independently using your property's address data and regional environmental records.

Where does the data come from?
Your initial Nestwell Score draws on trusted public data tied to your address — at the neighborhood and ZIP code level. We pull from sources like the EPA, the Environmental Working Group (EWG), and property data providers to build a baseline picture of what’s likely happening in and around your home. To go from area-level data to what’s actually happening inside your home, we partner with SimpleLab for at-home testing kits — lab-grade results specific to your home, not just your neighborhood.
